We are a well-established used car dealership in Vancouver looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations to the next level.
This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales leader who already has a strong, high-performing sales team and is ready to bring them along to a new dealership environment with great inventory, competitive pay plans, and strong management support.
Position Overview
As Sales Manager, you will bring your existing sales team and take full responsibility for managing, motivating, and growing them while hitting aggressive dealership sales targets. You will drive the overall sales performance of the store.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or strong Sales Team Leader in the automotive industry
- Must bring your own established sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and motivate a sales team to consistently hit or exceed targets
- Strong track record of closing deals and achieving high-volume sales in a competitive market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
