Location: Highway 27 and Royal Gate Boulevard, Vaughan
Pay: $24–$26/hour starting, up to $30/hour based on experience
Shift Premium: Additional $2/hour once you switch to the afternoon shift (after training)
We are looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on Envelope Adjuster to join one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with motors, machinery, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience such as a junior CNC operator, machine operator, automotive/mechanical background, or similar hands-on manufacturing experience. We are not looking for engineers or electricians—rather, someone practical, resourceful, and mechanically minded who can think outside the box.
Schedule
Initial training period (approximately 1 month):
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Regular shift after training:
- Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and maintain envelope production machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on equipment
- Perform machine changeovers and adjustments as required
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Work closely with production staff to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on problem-solving skills
- Experience working with machinery, motors, or mechanical equipment
- Background in machine operation, CNC operation, automotive mechanics, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic tools and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge considered an asset
Compensation
- $24–$26/hour for candidates with approximately 1 year of related experience
- Up to $30/hour for highly experienced candidates
- Additional $2/hour after training
