Using your receptionist experience in health, wellness or hospitality, you will welcome our clients, make them feel comfortable, help turn potential clients into clients, run the daily schedule, handling billings and be the organizer extraordinaire that keeps the day running smoothly.

Job Duties
- Act as a first point of contact for our clients. Creating brand equity with every interaction.
- Present a positive and professional image of the brand when interacting with clients, visitors, and other external stakeholders.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries. Able to handle phone consultations - turning potential clients into clients.
- Manages the daily schedule and coordinates client treatments. Handle billing and running daily reports. This requires commitment to fully understanding our scheduling software.
- Assists the owner with daily administration requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels; place orders as required; and arrange for servicing of office equipment.

Work Conditions
- Operation of desktop computer, ipads, merchant machines and phones
