We are looking for a reliable and motivated Independent Leasing Agent to assist with apartment rentals in Edmonton, Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Take professional photos of vacant apartments.
- Conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
- Complete move-in and move-out inspection reports.
- Communicate observations regarding the condition of units.
Please note that all lease administration, tenant screening, advertising, and listing management are handled by our office. Your role is focused on on-site leasing activities and inspections.
Compensation
- ~150$ per unit rented (depending on the property and scope of work).
- Independent contractor position (self-employed).
- Payment is made upon successful rental of the unit.
- Contractors must submit an invoice after each completed rental.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to take clear photos.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or leasing is an asset but not required.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently. This position offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone looking to earn additional income while managing their own schedule.
Pay: $17.00-$45.00 per hour
