We are looking for an experienced landscaping professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in interlock installation, decks, fences, and pool-related landscaping work who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
About the Role
You will be part of a skilled crew working on residential and light commercial outdoor construction projects. The work includes full backyard transformations, hardscaping, and structural landscape builds from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Install interlock patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
- Build decks, fences, and outdoor structures
- Assist with pool landscaping and surrounding hardscape features
- Read and execute site layouts and project plans
- Prepare bases, grading, and site excavation as required
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work collaboratively with crew leaders and project managers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscaping construction (interlock required)
- Experience with decks, fences, and/or pool landscaping is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of site prep, grading, and hardscape installation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
