Reliable and dependable female PSW/Attendant required to assist a middle-aged man in his home in the Ingersoll area.
This position may be ideal for recent graduates of a PSW or related program. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, and transfers
- Laundry and light housekeeping
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Assistance with caring for a young child
- Other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with and enjoy being around dogs
- Reliable transportation is required, as public transportation is not available in the area
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
This position is funded through the Direct Funding Program.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $24.00 per hour
- Increased to $25.00 per hour upon successful completion of the probationary period
Schedule:
- Various shifts available, seven days per week
