Duties
- Schedule appointments for Optometrist.
- Assist patient with Selection of Frames & Sunglasses
- Perform general clerical duties
- Maintain office supply & inventory.
- Maintain store Appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy .
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support –
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment –
- Strong problem-solving skills
