Import Motors Canada is a medium sized dealership specializing in pre-owned vehicle sales. We have a small team, comfortable working environment and positive work attitude.
The receptionist will mainly assist the Finance Manager with entering credit applications, making contracts, contacting customers and lenders and other work requests. The receptionist will also take phone calls, detailed messages and respond in a courteous and friendly manners at all times. Since receptionist is front-line of customer-dealership communication, we are looking for someone friendly, outgoing and organized.
Other duties include:
· Welcome all clients that walk through the door
· Making trips (3 minute drive away) to the Ministry of Toronto to get clients cars registered when vehicles are sold
· Organizing dealership documents in an orderly fashion
· Enter expenses into Quickbooks
· Entering finance applications and calling customers
· Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as requested
· Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break, with flexibility to work paid over-time if required.
· Must have good communication skills, professionalism and can spell/write with correct grammar and convey thoughts clearly through emails
· Must have own transportation to get to and from work (G2, G)
· Potential to make commission once fully-trained and independent
