We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Pizzería FOH/BOH staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively restaurant environment, providing exceptional food service and preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items. Candidates should be passionate about the food industry, committed to maintaining high standards of food safety, and eager to deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests.
we will start you at $18.25 plus tips which are pooled and range from $12-17/hr on top of wages
Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent food service in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with food preparation
- Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment
- Manage meal preparation tasks during busy hours to ensure timely service
- Support team members in all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food handling procedures is desirable
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
