Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Seller to develop new business, manage client accounts, and drive revenue growth through B2B and outside sales. The role involves building relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and using CRM tools to track sales activity.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
- Develop customized solutions based on client needs and business goals
- Manage accounts, provide follow-ups, and ensure ongoing support
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activity and pipeline
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B, outside, or technical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of market trends
- Knowledge of technology or related industries is a plus
