To continue our growth and success, the company requires the services of a Labourer/Helper to work in our yard at our Dartmouth location.
Responsibilities
· Perform general labour duties around the yard, shop, and concrete plant.
· Assist maintenance staff with repairs, preventative maintenance, and servicing of plant equipment and vehicles.
· Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining shop and work areas.
· Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
· Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials, parts, and supplies.
· Help mechanics and maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and maintenance.
· Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
· Perform general housekeeping around the concrete plant and yard.
· Assist with winter maintenance, snow removal, and seasonal yard preparation.
· Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
· Perform other general labour and shop duties as required.
Qualifications
· At least 2 years experience in a comparable position.
· Minimum Class 5 driver’s license.
· Punctual, organized self-starter.
· Experience in the construction industry an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 – 55.0 per week
