We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in OpenDental software.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Ontario.
- Experience with OpenDental software is preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dental assisting is a plus.
