Duties
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting and carry materials to job sites as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety on job sites.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
- Experience as a roofer is preferable.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in roofing applications.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
