Position: Wash & Fold Laundry Professional (Full-Time)What You’ll Do
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold residential & commercial laundry
- Follow company SOPs for washing, drying, folding, and packaging
- Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail
- Track daily production, lbs processed, and time spent
- Operate commercial washing & drying equipment
- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the day
- Support team in meeting daily production goals
- Communicate any issues with equipment, stains, or workflow
- Follow health & safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Detail-obsessed — crisp folds, clean stacks, and consistent presentation
- Reliable & punctual — you show up on time, every time
- Focused & efficient — you can work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Organized — keeps workspaces clean and follows systems
- Team player — you work well in a small, tight-knit team
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs repeatedly
- Previous laundry or production experience is an asset but not required
Hours
Full-time, scheduled 5 days/week
Typical shift: 10 AM – 6 PM (may vary based on daily volume)
Compensation
- $18.25/hour to start
- Pay increases every 3 months based on performance & efficiency
- Potential to grow into Shift Lead or Production Supervisor roles
