Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage ($22.00–$26.00/hour based on experience)
- Performance-based rehabilitation session incentives
- Commission on eligible medical product sales
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Performance reviews at 6 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter
About Live Right Physio
Live Right Physio is a modern, one-on-one physiotherapy clinic in Burlington dedicated to helping patients move better and live healthier lives. We pride ourselves on providing individualized care through exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and patient education.
We are looking for a motivated Rehab Specialist/Kinesiologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career clinician looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive private practice environment with structured mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities Clinical
- Supervise delegated rehabilitation appointments.
- Teach and progress exercise programs under the Physiotherapist's treatment plan.
- Perform delegated soft tissue techniques.
- Apply modalities including EMS and TENS.
- Teach home exercise programs and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation.
Administration, Operations & Marketing
- Complete SOAP notes within 24 hours.
- Assist with scheduling, billing, payments, and patient follow-up.
- Assist with general clinic administration, daily operations, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment.
- Assist with clinic marketing initiatives, including blog content, Google Review responses, and social media support.
Medical Products
- Assist with brace fittings, compression stocking measurements, TENS unit education, and insurance paperwork.
Qualifications
- Degree in Kinesiology or a related field.
- Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) or eligibility for registration is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and organized.
- Passion for exercise-based rehabilitation and helping patients succeed.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
