About the Position
Reporting directly to the F+B Manager, the F+B Supervisor will support the day to day management of the site focusing on creating a safe and clean environment for guests while attending to food and beverage needs. This is a full time position with the expectation to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
- Ability to be a positive, customer-facing representative of STACKT at all times
- Provide passionate direction toward achieving our vision
- Leading pre-shift briefings
- Complete pre + post shift duties as assigned
- Participate in daily food and beverage, event and activation operations
- Provide superior food and beverage service to guests
- Ensure all beverage service is in accordance with the Smart Serve Program
- Complete daily cash out sheets
- Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Ability to work multiple roles on site
- Execute set-up, tear-down, and service of events under direction of management
- Support the management of market residents, brand activations and site partnerships, including but not limited to:
- Act as a brand ambassador for STACKT
- Available to support at times the STACKT team with tasks not outlined above
- Share necessary information, data or reporting as requested from internal team or external partners, etc.
- Support with fostering a healthy company culture and ensure you are motivating staff members to succeed in a positive manner
- Adhere to company protocols regarding all COVID-19 safety and sanitization policies while supporting the company by developing and auditing systems.

- Proficient ability to understand labour costs and management.
- Ability to stand on their feet for prolonged periods of time.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3-4 year of progressive management and service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume, professional setting
- Smart Serve Certified
- Experience using G-suite, project management software and inventory software
- Hands-on leading teams up to 50-staff during peak season
- Familiar with Square POS + OpenTable programming
- Experience with managing inventory supplies and relevant vendors is an asset
- Experience working and executing events
- Experience in managing high volume (indoor & patio), events, catering
- Worked in both corporate group and independent
- Experience working at food pop-ups / food or music festivals considered an asset.
