We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen operations. This role is primarily focused on dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness, with occasional light food prep as needed. It’s a key position that keeps the kitchen running smoothly during service. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently Keep dishwashing station clean, organized, and stocked Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness (floors, garbage, recycling, surfaces) Assist with basic food prep (e.g., peeling, cutting, portioning) when required Support the kitchen team during busy service periods Follow all sanitation and food safety standards Requirements Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks) Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed What to Expect Primarily dishwashing-focused role (majority of shift) Limited cooking responsibilities Fast-paced kitchen environment Opportunity to learn basic prep skills over time
