Summary
We're hiring a Property Manager Assistant to work out of our Steinbach location, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional service. In this role you'll support our property managers across a primarily commercial portfolio, with some condominium and rental properties-helping keep operations running smoothly while building strong relationships with tenants and boards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily property operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications.
- Oversee maintenance requests and work with vendors to obtain quotes and to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.
- Conduct property site visits and inspections and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of property management/maintenance processes is a plus.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
