Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Flexibility - Be available on occasion for all shifts, weekends, holidays. MOST IMPORTANTLY, BE AVAILABLE FOR SHORT NOTICE CALL INS. Also, you may end up working late or a double shift if someone books off and there is no one to replace them.
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written. Proper grammar is important.
High standard of Customer Service in a fast paced environment
Ability to take directions, and constructive criticism.
Ability to comprehend and follow policy and procedures.
Make judgement calls using your Common Sense!
VERY IMPORTANT – Multitasking and an eye for details/noting information
Work as part of the team, and /or alone.
