Full-Time Tiler & Flooring Installer
Pay: $35/hour

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Tiler & Flooring Installer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience installing tile and flooring in residential and commercial projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Install ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring materials
- Prepare and level surfaces for installation
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Apply caulking, grouting, and finishing materials as required
- Remove existing flooring when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of tile and flooring installation experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience reading measurements and construction drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is an asset
