WEWELL Studios is seeking an exceptional instructor to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is highly attentive, passionate about teaching proper movement mechanics, and committed to helping clients build strength, confidence, mobility, and long-term wellness.

WEWELL is a boutique longevity-focused wellness studio located in Vancouver's Fairview neighbourhood. Our mission is to help clients move well, age well, and live well through an integrated approach to health and wellness.
Our services include Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga, Recovery Services, Osteopathy, and Health Coaching, allowing us to support clients through every stage of their wellness journey.
Our Mat Pilates classes are intentionally designed to provide individualized attention within a supportive group setting. We emphasize proper movement, thoughtful progressions, injury prevention, and creating an exceptional client experience.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a certified Mat Pilates Instructor with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience to lead engaging, form-focused classes for groups of up to 12 participants.
This position is ideal for instructors who value quality over quantity, enjoy educating clients, and are passionate about helping individuals move better and feel stronger.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective Mat Pilates classes for groups of up to 12 clients
- Provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance, modifications, and progressions when appropriate
- Educate clients on alignment, breathing mechanics, posture, and movement quality
- Adapt classes to support a wide range of fitness levels, abilities, and injuries
- Foster a welcoming, supportive, and motivating class environment
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and contribute to a strong sense of community
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to support client goals
- Ensure classes begin and end on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3 years of Mat Pilates teaching experience
- Certification from a recognized Pilates training institution
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, posture, and movement mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
