Beanwise is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Specialty Retail Sales Associate who loves creating connections with customers and delivering an exceptional shopping experience at our Yonge St. location. If you enjoy coffee, tea, and talking with people, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Build strong connections with customers through friendly and engaging service
- Assist customers with coffee, tea, espresso machines, and specialty products
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily operations
- Open and close the store independently
- Support sampling and product demonstrations when needed
Qualifications
- Retail and sales experience is required
- Full open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
