About Us: We are a dynamic, forward-thinking company looking to modernize our operations. We believe in the power of technology to make work easier. We are looking for a tech-savvy builder to join our team and help us streamline our workflows, manage our tech stack, and build custom internal tools.
The Role: This is a unique "Swiss Army Knife" role for an energetic, early-career developer who loves AI. You won’t just be writing code in a basement; you will be working directly with leadership to solve real business problems. One day you might be automating a boring spreadsheet task using AI; the next, you might be helping a team member troubleshoot their laptop or building a custom dashboard.
What You Will Do:
- Build & Automate: Create custom internal apps and dashboards to replace manual processes (using Python, JavaScript, or Low-Code tools).
- AI Integration: Use APIs (Gemini/OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic) to integrate AI into our daily workflows.
- Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks in our company and fix them with tech.
- IT Support: Serve as the go-to person for internal IT requests (hardware setup, software troubleshooting, network basics).
Who You Are:
- A Builder: You have a GitHub portfolio or personal projects that show you love to build things.
- AI Enthusiast: You are actively keeping up with the latest in AI (LLMs, Agents, Automation) and know how to use them to write code faster.
- Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions; you see a broken process and you fix it.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python is a must. Experience with Web Development (React, Node, or similar) and Automation tools (Zapier/Make) is a huge plus.
- Education: A degree/diploma in Computer Science OR a strong portfolio of projects. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Why Join Us?
- High impact: Your code will be used immediately by the team.
- Mentorship and room to grow your skills.
- Opportunity to shape the tech future of a growing company.
To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief description of a tool or app you have built recently (and why you built it).
