Job Summary:
As a General Labourer at our company, you'll play a crucial role in our construction projects, working closely with our team to ensure the smooth execution of excavation and civil construction tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of job sites for construction, including setting up fencing, signage, and other safety measures.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as construction equipment, under the guidance of senior staff.
- Participate in excavation and backfilling operations.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience needed.
- Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
