Orthodontic Technician
Minimum 3 years of orthodontic laboratory experience required
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and finishing of a variety of orthodontic appliances
- Night guard and retainer fabrication
- Packing, trimming, finishing, and polishing acrylic appliances
- Wire bending and adaptation of orthodontic wires (strong asset)
- Processing and assembly of removable orthodontic appliances
- Inspection of completed cases to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintaining production schedules while meeting quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to ensure cases are completed on time
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of orthodontic laboratory experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Wire bending experience is considered a significant asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Denture Technician
Minimum 3 years of denture laboratory experience required
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of complete and partial dentures
- Processing, finishing, and polishing dentures
- Denture repairs, relines, and additions
- Flasking, packing, and processing acrylic cases
- Setting and arranging denture teeth with attention to function and esthetics
- Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship
- Reviewing cases for accuracy and fit prior to completion
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines while ensuring exceptional results
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of denture laboratory experience
- Experience with all aspects of denture fabrication preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
