Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both private homes and commercial properties, ensuring spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or food preparation as needed for client requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and light cooking is desirable
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
