Your Role as an Emergency Alarm Agent
During overnight hours, you will:
- Respond to emergency and priority calls
- Monitor and react quickly to alarm events
- Work closely with internal teams, partners, and external emergency services
- Handle multiple situations efficiently while remaining calm and professional
- Deliver excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
- Communicate clearly to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Perform accurate and detailed data entry
