Banquet & Event Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Sales Manager to join our team.
Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to sales inquiries and guide clients through the booking process
- Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event details
- Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding couples, and event planners
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Coordinate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and event management systems
- Represent the venue at networking events, bridal shows, and community events as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banquet hall, hotel, or event venue sales experience
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Professional, confident, and personable
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
Pay: $22.20-$24.00 per hour
