We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tandoor Cook to support daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking tandoori items, naan, roti, kebabs, and other tandoor-based dishes according to restaurant standards. The role also includes marinating items, managing tandoor temperature, maintaining food quality, cleaning the tandoor area, and following food safety and hygiene procedures.
The ideal candidate should have previous tandoor or Indian kitchen experience, strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good teamwork skills, and attention to consistency, cleanliness, and food quality.
Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour
