EGO Restaurant & Bar is seeking a talented Full-Time Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen, create memorable dining experiences, and help shape the future of our growing restaurant.

What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire the kitchen team
Develop and improve menu offerings
Maintain food quality and presentation standards
Control food costs and inventory
Create seasonal features and special event menus
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Work closely with ownership to grow the business
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Creativity and passion for food
Experience with Eastern European, Ukrainian, Mediterranean, or modern fusion cuisine is an asset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian language is an asset
