This is a permanent, full-time position, for a top performing Salesperson. The role is based out of our dealership located in UXBRIDGE, Ontario. The Williamson Family has been in the automotive business since 1947 and Operates Williamson Leasing, and Williamson Uxbridge GM. What you will do:
- Responsible for selling new and pre-owed vehicles to customers by understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience.
- Represent the Williamson Brand with the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, and pride
- Stay informed about the dealership’s used vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Negotiate prices and financing options while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Willing to use a variety of tools such as creating videos, utilizing marketplaces (facebook, etc.) and social media posts to generate leads and sales
- Responding to clients’ questions and setting up sales appointments
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to build long-term relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and foster a network of loyal customers and referrals by effective follow up and management of leads
What you will need:
- Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable but not essential. Solid knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic learner who maintains up to date knowledge about all products, services, finance options, accessories, competitive trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent Verbal and written communicator
- Effective negotiations skills. Goal oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturday’s
- OMVIC certification or willing to obtain
- Valid driver’s license
