Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient person to join our small team. In this role, you will assist guests in ordering on POS system, blend and assemble smoothie bowls, all in a fast-paced farmers market environment. The ideal candidate will have experience customer service , food handling, and cashiering.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of smoothie bowls according to company recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and serving counters
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods
Requirements
- Must be available weekends - Saturdays and Sundays (market hours)
- Must have or have access to a vehicle (inventory and supply pick up before shifts)
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as barista, server, or cashier is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
