- Previous commercial kitchen cleaning or general cleaning experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen cleaning procedures and food safety practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety procedures
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the position, including extensive walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting to 25 lbs
- Must be available to work the overnight shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.), including weekends and holidays as required.
The Night Kitchen Cleaner is responsible for performing a variety of commercial cleaning duties throughout all kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing floors, counters, sinks, ovens, stoves, grills, hoods, and other food preparation equipment. The successful candidate will ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations while properly handling cleaning chemicals, safely operating cleaning equipment, disposing of waste and recycling, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
