Tandoor Chop House, is looking for a professional line cook. Line cook duties will consist of assisting others with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, and/or cooking school preferred.
- Working Knowledge of Indian cuisine is required.

- Prepare food to quality and presentation standards

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience or related training
- Knowledge of operating a tandoor oven is an asset
- Experience working on the line, deep fryers and grills
- Developed knife skills
- Developed food preparation skills
- Basic sauces and dressing knowledge and sandwich assembly skills
- Able to read, understand and follow recipes
- Can work at speed under pressure in an organized manner
- Ability to work with or without supervision

- WHMIS knowledge and observance
