We are looking for chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks with all levels of experience to join our team for the upcoming season. At our restaurant, teamwork is essential. Whether you’re an experienced chef or new to the kitchen, you’ll play a key role in preparing delicious food while being flexible enough to assist with various tasks—from cooking to dishwashing. We reward those who bring strong work ethics, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook food to our standards, from pub fare to high-quality menu items.
- Assist in food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness across all stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
- Take on new responsibilities based on skills and effort—everyone contributes!
What We’re Looking For:
- Chefs, Line Cooks, and Prep Cooks at all skill levels (entry-level to highly experienced).
- Team players who are adaptable and willing to assist in all areas of the kitchen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary training or food handler certification is a bonus but not required.
- Physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
