Job Description
We are a growing property restoration and renovation company specializing in condominium maintenance, unit turnovers, insurance restoration, and residential renovations. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. We value attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly above all else.
Responsibilities
- Interior painting
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Flooring installation
- Basic carpentry
- Demolition and site preparation
- General maintenance and repairs
- Material loading and unloading
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Working safely and professionally at all times
Requirements
- Full Ontario G Driver's Licence (Required)
- Reliable personal vehicle (Required)
- Ability to learn construction and renovation work quickly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, maintenance, renovations, painting, flooring, drywall, or carpentry
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Customer service experience is considered an asset

Various condominium and residential job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas.
