Position Summary
The Career Coach (CC) is both a student-facing ambassador and a quota-carrying enrollment professional. CCs help prospective students explore their educational and career pathways with clarity and care, while also owning a sales funnel. They work leads quickly, manage a disciplined pipeline, and consistently hit weekly targets and program quotas.
Primary Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Engagement
- Run discovery meetings and programpresentations that support informed choices and result in enrollments.
Lead Speed & Pipeline Management
- Respond to new inbound leads quickly during business hours.
- Prioritize high intent and fresh leads, and work the queue daily with a clear next step for each contact.
- Follow a multi-touch cadence using approved call, text, and email sequences until a next step is secured or the lead is disqualified.
- Track and manage all prospective student interactions in the TCC system, ensuring accurate documentation of communications and status updates.
- Re-engage aging, no-show, and stalled leads using approved reactivation sequences.
Enrollment Coordination
- Collect and submit required admission documentation, including Advanced Standing requests to the Academic Operations team.
- Request enrollment documents from the Student Compliance Coordinator once a student commits to attending.
- Schedule and lead enrollment signing appointments, ensuring students understand all terms and conditions outlined in the enrollment agreement.
Post-Enrollment Support
- Maintain regular contact with newly enrolled students beginning 48 hours after enrollment to address questions, provide next steps, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support students through to program start, acting as a key point of contact for ongoing admissions-related inquiries.

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
