Pocca Poca is a Japanese-inspired wellness spa in Winnipeg offering Ganban-yoku, relaxation-focused massage, facial massage, reflexology, and body care services. Our space is warm, calm, and focused on helping clients relax, release tension, and feel cared for.
We are currently looking for a kind, reliable, and passionate Massage Practitioner (non- RMT) or Reflexologist to join our team.
Position Options
We are hiring for:
1. Part-Time Massage Practitioner / Reflexologist
Ideal for someone who can work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
2. Full-Time Massage Practitioner + Reception Support
This position includes massage/reflexology services plus some front desk support, such as greeting clients, booking appointments, answering questions, light cleaning, and helping the spa run smoothly.
Services May Include
- Relaxation massage
- Facial massage
- Head, neck, shoulder, and foot massage in the Ganban-yoku room
- Reflexology
- Tension-release focused treatments
- Spa-style body care services
This position is not for RMT insurance massage. We are looking for someone who enjoys relaxation-based treatments and creating a peaceful experience for clients.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Warm, professional, and caring with clients
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Interested in relaxation, wellness, and spa treatments
- Willing to learn Pocca Poca’s treatment style
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience in massage, reflexology, esthetics, spa, wellness, or customer service is an asset
Reception Support May Include:
- Greeting and leading clients
- Cleaning all the facility
- Explaining services to clients
- Helping maintain a calm and welcoming spa environment
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time available
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability preferred
- Evening shifts may be until 8:00 pm
