Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle options
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining a positive relationship with clients
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up with leads and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance dealership performance
- Maintain a valid driver’s licence to facilitate test drives and vehicle deliveries
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 1 year required)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Strong motivation with a track record of success
- A valid Driver’s Licence (required)
