Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) / Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee ABA programs funded through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), collaborate with families and educators, and support the integration of behavioural strategies into our tutoring and academic programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioural and functional assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Supervise and mentor ABA therapists and instructors.
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training.
- Collaborate with tutors to implement behavioural strategies that support academic success.
- Guide tutors in adapting learning environments and teaching methods for neurodivergent learners.
- Analyze client progress data and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
- Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with schools and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification.
- Licensed/registered to provide clinical supervision under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and eligible to practise Behaviour Analysis in Ontario.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience supervising ABA programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for supporting children’s academic, social, communication, and behavioural development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are an asset.

Pay: $43.45-$70.00 per hour
