Overview
New Profession SVA Collision is launching New Pro Auto Parts as a strategic initiative to build a digital-first supply chain and sales platform for Canada’s insurance and repair-shop ecosystem. To deliver this platform effectively, New Pro requires dedicated business systems expertise, to support requirement gathering, workflow design, vendor coordination, and system implementation.
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong project management capability to lead the development and management of our digital platform, ensuring that business systems are optimized to support operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role integrates business process design, data management, and project oversight to transform the business proposal into a fully functional, reliable, and scalable digital platform.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, clarify project objectives, and prepare cost–benefit and ROI analyses for proposed system enhancements.
- Document detailed business and technical requirements for sales, finance tracking, field operations, inventory coordination, and RFQ workflows.
- Assess existing operational processes and recommend technology-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) workflows to support system redesign.
- Evaluate existing tools (e.g., Shopify, payment systems, CRM platforms, financial applications) and recommend enhancements or replacements to support automation and operational improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and external development partners, translating business needs into clear technical specifications, sprint tasks, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with external technology providers to support integrations with CRM systems, payment gateways, hardware controllers, and other digital tools.
- Work with developers to design and configure backend structures, data fields, search functions, RFQ components, admin tools, and integration points.
- Provide ongoing clarification during development, review prototypes, validate proposed functionalities, and help resolve technical or workflow-related issues.
- Plan and execute testing with leadership and developers to validate system accuracy, performance, security permissions, backup and restore routines, and overall platform reliability.
- Participate in system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing validation to ensure solutions continue to meet business needs.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support issue resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Advise leadership on information system strategy, data governance, security considerations, and long-term scalability, including opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum level of education required: Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in business system project management, with a strong track record of overseeing projects and ensuring successful delivery.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in information systems consulting, analyzing business processes, and translating requirements into clear technical specifications.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, or technical implementation activities.
- Direct experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, database management, website creation and management, and digital workflow tools (e.g., Shopify Liquid, payment systems, CRM platforms).
- Solid understanding of system configuration, integration concepts, API-based tools, and plugin-based ecosystem environments.
- Strong skill in Agile methodologies and the use of project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership, operational teams, and external developers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple workstreams.
- High adaptability in a fast-moving environment with evolving systems, workflows, and processes.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong asset.

- Wage:: $67000~$70000 annual, Vacation pay will be paid at a rate of 4% of regular earnings
