We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Reception & Licensing Associate to join our team. This position combines front-desk reception responsibilities with licensing and administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, has strong attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Automotive Licensing & Administrative Duties
- Process vehicle registrations, transfers, plates, and licensing documentation
- Prepare and submit vehicle deal paperwork accurately and on time
- Verify ownership, insurance, and lien documentation
- Maintain organized records and files for audits and compliance
- Support accounting and deal administration processes
Qualifications
- Previous dealership, licensing, or automotive administration experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
