RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY:
· Maintain and update customer data files in company electronic Rolodex
· Provide daily written and verbal communications with customers, either internally or externally.
· To work with all relevant departments to ensure that the Company’s products and support services match up to customers’ expectations.
· To manage and develop sales region as directed.
· Ability to create and effectively manage customer quotes and orders, using the Quantum system.
· Accurately log and update customer interactions in the system to ensure proper follow-up and sales tracking.
· Support cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
· Assist other sales representative from time to time with organizing and prioritizing customer orders
· Cultivate customer relationships through daily outbound calls. Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels. Provide after-sales support and follow-up.
· Provide weekly sales reports and forecast and report monthly/ quarterly on sales targets and Key Performance Indicators for the assigned sales region as needed
· Follow up on sales leads and assist other team members as directed by Management
· Travel to customer sites and provide overview of 3 Points Aviation offerings and pricing details if required
· Participate in and attend Aerospace and Manufacturing related shows and conferences if required
· Other duties as required by management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support
- Familiar with Rolodex and/or Quantum is an asset.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS DESIRED:
- College diploma or equivalent (university education is an asset)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
