You’re a strong communicator with sales commission experience, a high customer service IQ, and a genuine understanding of clients’ needs. Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly and annual sales target goals
- Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with past and present customers
- Be precise with information
- Be stairs not elevator type person
- Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
- Be able to crush goals
- Be ready to be a part of a championship team
Requirements:
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle
- Computer knowledge, understanding and expertise a must
- A positive mind set at all times
- Basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge required
- Self confidence is key
- Ability to self-manage
- Ambitious and approachable
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused and strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Coachable and trainable
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call
- Valid Driver’s License is required
