Project Manager – Property Restoration

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial assessment through completion.
This role involves coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing multiple projects, and using various computer platforms for estimating, scheduling, and documentation. You will also communicate regularly with customers and insurance partners while ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff
- Prepare accurate estimates in accordance with insurance carrier guidelines and industry standards
- Create and monitor job budgets, schedules, and project documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and insurance carriers
- Present and sell Paul Davis services to potential clients
- Monitor project quality, timelines, costs, and key performance indicators
- Provide regular updates and resolve project concerns promptly
- Use multiple computer programs, mobile applications, and digital devices for estimating, scheduling, communication, documentation, and project tracking
- Spend regular time in the field overseeing active job sites and confirming work meets quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of sales and/or construction experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently and leading teams
- Strong computer and digital-platform skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work in indoor, outdoor, and active construction environments
Preferred Assets
- Property restoration or construction project-management experience
- Experience working with insurance adjusters and carriers
- Leadership or team-management experience
- Knowledge of water, fire, mould, and reconstruction practices
- IICRC certifications, including WRT, AMRT, ASD, or Carpet Cleaning
