Over the last few years, we have expanded rapidly through innovation, strong customer relationships, and a relentless focus on getting things done. We are now looking for an ambitious, energetic Territory Sales Representative to help grow our Ontario market.
This is not a corporate role where you sit behind a desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for growing business across Ontario by building relationships with:
- Dealers
- Wholesalers
- Retailers
- Distributors
- Contractors
- Building product customers
You’ll spend time both growing existing accounts and opening new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with customers across Ontario
- Prospecting and opening new business opportunities
- Conducting regular in-person customer visits
- Presenting product solutions and identifying customer needs
- Growing sales with existing customers through great service and follow-up
- Developing territory plans and sales strategies
- Managing opportunities and customer activity within CRM systems
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service
- Staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

What We’re Looking For
We care more about attitude, drive, and work ethic than direct industry experience.
You could be a great fit if you have experience in:
- B2B outside sales
- Industrial products
- Building products
- Distribution / wholesale
- Dealer or contractor sales
- Construction-related products
- Technical or specification-based selling
Ideal experience includes:
- Experience calling on dealers, wholesalers, retailers, or contractors
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organized, accountable, and proactive
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
- Able to travel throughout Ontario regularly
