Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and office management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced office environments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our organization while developing valuable administrative skills.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Evernote, Dropbox, other related software
- Assist with filing, document proofreading, and organizing office supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal staff
- Support bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping
- Support back-end operations for manufacturing and retail operations
- Support office operations, including documentation and SOP building.
- Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with office procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Assisting with management of inventory and document systems
- Assisting with scheduling and timelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a retail or office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus
- Strong typing, proofreading, and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with front and back end operations and receptionist duties is desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment as well as together in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with general office equipment and procedures
- Able to adapt to changes (Every week is a different week with different tasks and goals to be achieved)

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
