Why This Role Matters
Every patient’s experience begins before they sit in the chair. The tone you set at the front desk shapes how they feel about their visit, their treatment, and our clinic as a whole. We believe that exceptional dentistry starts with exceptional human connection — and that’s why this role is so important.
We’re a modern, growing dental practice committed to delivering care that feels personal, organized, and genuinely welcoming. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who understands the impact of a warm greeting, a well‑managed schedule, and a seamless patient journey.
Why You’ll Love This Role

- Exceptional communication — warm, articulate, and professional
- Confidence managing phones, scheduling, insurance, billing, and patient flow
- A polished, cheerful presence that elevates the patient experience
- Reliability and teamwork in a Monday–Friday environment
- Experience supporting orthodontic patients (asset)
Your Daily Impact
- Welcoming patients with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating appointments, follow‑ups, and daily schedules
- Verifying insurance details and supporting pre‑authorizations
- Managing billing, payments, and daily reconciliation
- Supporting orthodontic patient visits and treatment tracking
- Ensuring the clinic operates smoothly, calmly, and efficiently
Why This Clinic
We’re expanding — and we invest in people who grow with us. High‑performing team members have clear opportunities for internal promotion, advanced training, and progression into senior administrative or treatment‑coordination roles. You won’t just fill a position; you’ll build a career.
Why Now
As our patient base grows, we’re elevating every part of the experience. This is your chance to join a team that values excellence, supports your development, and gives you room to shine.
If you’re an experienced dental receptionist who wants to make a meaningful impact and grow within a modern, patient‑centred practice, we’d be delighted to meet you. Please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your dental experience.
