Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, shaving, and styling services for clients
- Provide consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Sanitize tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to achieve desired results
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role
- Proficient in various hair cutting techniques and styles
- Strong retail sales skills for promoting products and services
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in a barbershop setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
