Compensation
- $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role
Richlink Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to support the management of our short-term rental properties. This role combines professional cleaning with guest communication and co-host responsibilities to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The successful candidate will help maintain our Airbnb properties to the highest standards while assisting with guest inquiries, check-ins, and day-to-day property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Property Cleaning & Turnovers
- Clean and sanitize Airbnb properties between guest stays
- Change and launder bed linens and towels
- Restock guest amenities and supplies
- Inspect properties for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues
- Ensure properties are guest-ready before each arrival
- Report inventory shortages and maintenance concerns promptly
Guest Services & Co-Host Support
- Respond to guest messages and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide local recommendations and support during guest stays
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with property owners regarding guest needs and property matters
- Monitor booking schedules and communicate turnover requirements
Property Management Support
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Assist with supply management and inventory tracking
- Coordinate minor maintenance requests when required
- Ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using smartphones, messaging apps, and online booking platforms
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence are preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
